19TH C Antique KPM Sceptre Mark Pink/Gold Porcelain Divided Lobster Bowl MINT

This is an absolutely beautiful and MINT condition KPM porcelain'Lobster bowl' or divided rectangular bowl with center handle. Nice size, and solid porcelain weighing over 2 pounds. This mint beauty in pink is Marked with a blue KPM sceptor, a made in Germany mark, and a handwritten number. The mark is attributed to 1855 to 1899.

This bowl was displayed rather than used. I have grown to LOVE PINK porcelain- German to Old Paris, see my other listings as I add new items weekly. It really is a beauty and if you love PINK porcelain like I do, you will appreciate it! Great for nuts, candy at Bridal shower, or during the holidays; or for lobster or other shellfish service as originally designed, or even for divided vegetable serving!

OR just keep it in your PINK room for a pretty accent. Even the bed or bath for guest soaps etc.

The measurements are 12" in length, by around 11" wide, by 3 " high at rim, the center handle stands higher, closer to around 5 or 5" tall. The gilt on rim is excellent.

The delicate blue floral pattern in center is intact and really a nice contrast to the pink and gold. In overall excellent condition for the age.
