Antique Art Nouveau Hutschenreuther Porcelain Lady Portrait Plaque Porzellan
A superb quality large portrait plaque made by Hutschenreuther in the late 19th century. The piece is of a young lady holding two roses in her hands.
She is dressed very nicely and the piece looks really elegant. The piece is signed by the painter Wagner which explains why the quality of the painting is top notch. This painter also painted on KPM plaques so he is well known! The nicest part is that this scene is not one you see often at all. The plaque is about 5.25 inches tall and 3.75 inches wide so a nice size and larger than many.
The plaque is in perfect condition. It is signed with the Hutschenreuther impressed mark of the crown over the shield with their letters inside as shown as well as an impressed number.
