Condition is perfect other than one very small scratch in the red near her neck and one very faint, hard to see 1/4 scratch in her hair, otherwise fine. This is loose in the frame.

You would need to add a pad or something to the back for this to fit well. The frame is marked on the back "Made in France". The plaque measures 5&5/8" by 4&1/4".
