Antique KPM Berlin Porcelain Neuzierat Floral & Gold Sugar Dish Porzellan Dose
A hard to find sugar dish with its lid made by KPM in the early 20th century. It is from the service called Neuzierat and is hand painted with two high quality large floral arrangements - one on either side - as well as two smaller flowers and an amazing raised gold trim. This the regular version not the fully gilded one between the raised design and the edge. The lid has the same amazing raised gold trim with four hand painted flowers and a nice finial.
The sugar dish and its lid are in perfect condition with some expected minor wear to the gilding along the very top edge where the lid sits. The pot with the lid in place is 4.125 inches tall and 3.5 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter, the red orb mark as well as a gilder's mark P.
And the usual impressed marks pieces of this period have though hard to make out. German Germany 20thC Zucker Zuckerdose bowl.
