This porcelain figurine is 6 inches tall. The figure depicts a boy holding a hat in his hand with green items in the hat, maybe flowers. The figurine was made by the Royal Porcelain Manufactory of Berlin, otherwise known as KPM. It is hand painted and very delicately done. It has the weight of very good quality. It has the scepter mark on the bottom which was used after 1870. There is also an impressed P in the bottom which may indicate the maker. It dates to the late 19.

The figure has a repair to one of the feet. There are no other chips, cracks or repairs.
