Heres a Beautiful Antique Porcelain Plaque Signed Wagner. The plaque measures approximately 3 and 1/16 in diameter and is housed in a wonderful Ormolu frame.

The painting appears to be titled Devonshire and the only connection I can think of is that the subject is the Duchess of Devonshire. The plaque has the impressed Hutschenreuther factory mark. There is very light wear to the surface of the painting, and a couple tiny scratches.
