Antique Victorian German Porcelain Portrait Plaque Signed Wagner KPM Style. This hand painted plaque portrait of a lovely Victorian woman is signed Wagner and circa 1890s. There is German writing on the back of it and it fits snugly in a beautiful antique Victorian gilt ormolu frame. The plaque measures 2 1/2 inches by 2 inches and the frame is 7 inches by 4 3/4 inches. The frame has some age related wear and a small rust spot on the back, but the plaque is in very good condition.
