He Royal Porcelain Factory KPM was originally founded in 1751 by Wilhelm Caspar Wegely. In 1763 KPM was bought by King Frederick II of Prussia.
The royal cobalt blue sceptre is the company logo which was painted prior to 1837 and stamped after this date. Each KPM piece of decorative porcelain is entirely unique.
