Amazing Antique KPM Berlin Porcelain Neuzierat Design Plate Porzellan Teller
A fantastic plate made by KPM in the early 20th century. It is has a very nice hand painted still life scene in the center that fills most of the white area which I think are by far their best examples. The plate has a combination of some fruit, berries as well as leaves and a stunning pink flower as part of the scene.
There are gooseberries, red currants and quince or some other yellow fruit plus the pink flower and lots of different leaves. The rim rim itself is painted with gold on a raised design that is the defining design of the Neuzierat pieces and what makes these pieces look amazing. The plate is in perfect condition. It is 8.75 inches in diameter so a nice size and not one of the smaller versions.
