The saucer is hand painted with a really nice scene in brown tones and some superb gilding surrounding the scene with a gold ring on the rim. The scene is very detailed with a boat, bridge, two houses and some people in it. The saucer is 1.125 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter mark as well as some kind of impressed mark on the foot ring that looks like two lines which is a size indicator they used in the late 18th century this being the second smallest version.
The saucer is in perfect condition with a little wear to the gold trim on the very edge. Unterteller German Germany Szene 18thC.
