A plate made by KPM in the late 18th or early 19 century. A nicely shaped piece with a brown trim to the edge, two larger flowers along the rim as well as two smaller ones, a smaller flower in the well and a superbly painted large floral arrangement in the center. KPM used no painters mark like the red orb yet during this period thus you only have the blue scepter and impressed marks as is the case here as well. The plate is in good condition with a little bit of wear and a small chip to the back edge as shown which does not take away from the piece at all.
The plate is 1.375 inches tall and 9.375 inches in diameter. If you like my goodies have a look at my other auctions for a lot more top maker pieces like Vienna, Sevres and so on.
