The dish is decorated in the Decor 73 which has a nice hand painted floral arrangement in the center with three butterflies around it and the typical nice turquoise ground rim with raised garlands in gold with a nice gold trim to either side. A handle to one hand with gold highlight to it. The piece is in great condition with some wear to the gilding as one would expect from this sort of piece from this period. Some very minor use marks. The handle is affected the most. One spot of paint flaking of the turquoise ground color which was colored in a bit to hide it pretty well. All in all is displays superbly and is a very rare survivor for this pattern!
The piece is 1.5 inches tall (without the handle which sticks up another 0.75 inches), just under 9 inches long and 7.125 inches wide. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter as well as the usual impressed marks as shown.
