The rim has a nicely reticulated design highlighted with a turquoise trim with raised dots along the edge that are gilded and a bit more gilding to the other side of the rim towards the well. The plate is in great condition with just two small paint flakes to the green in the center that was colored in to hide them perfectly.
Something with the green color was an issue for all makers during this time. It often flaked - not sure why. The plate is 1.25 inches tall and 9.375 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter with a blue line above it as well as the usual impressed number as shown.
