Antique 20thC KPM Berlin Porcelain Bust Figurine Figure Porzellan Bueste Figur

A great bust of Königin Luise (or Queen Louise in Englisch) von Preußen made in biscuit porcelain with a glazed base. The figurine was originally modeled by Johann Carl Friedrich Riese and made in the early 20th century by KPM.

The detail of the bust is amazing since it has not been covered up by the glaze is shows much more of the fine work done by the workers. The figurine is in perfect condition. Marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter mark as well as the usual impressed / incised marks of the period.
