Antique German PORCELAIN PLAQUE Hutschenreuther KPM Hand Painted
HAND PAINTED GERMAN PORCELAIN PLAQUE. Denner was particular famous for his amazing life-like portraits, especially those of old men and women. The plaque is signed Wagner at the bottom of the plaque. The plaque measures 7" x 5". The painting is wonderfully executed. It is impressed with the circa 1904 Hutschenreuther shield and crown mark, and the number "311". The plaque is in a gorgeous antique gilt wood and gesso frame measuring 13¼" x 11½" x 2-5/8. I personally guarantee this plaque to be 100% authentic, over 100 years old, and completely hand painted (not a transfer)! Plaque: 7" x 5 " (17,9 cm x 12,7 cm). Frame: 13¼" x 11½" x 2-5/8. This wonderfully decorated portrait plaque is in EXCELLENT condition with a beautiful original glaze. There are NO apparent chips, cracks, scratches or repairs. There is one tiny glaze flake in the corner (below and to the left of the signature) that is concealed by the frame. Any white spots or lines in the photographs are from the flash and are not damage. The frame is in excellent condition. Please keep in mind that this is a previously-owned, hand-manufactured and hand-painted, antique item and may have minor imperfections.
