Antique Hand Painted Miniature Portrait On Porcelain Pendant Necklace KPM Style

Face of pendant measures approximately 3 1/4 inches long and 2 5/8 inches wide. Link chain with decorative triangular accent measures approximately 15 inches. The small bracket on chain does not appear to have an opening / clasp.

New owner may choose to display piece as it is or may choose to have a functional clasp and longer chain attached to be worn. Beautiful antique pendant hand painted miniature portrait on porcelain of a woman or possible a young gypsy boy. Figure has short dark hair, a sweet facial expression, and is dressed in 1800's era clothing.

The figure is wearing a portrait necklace and is wearing earrings. Brooch is set in a silvertone metal frame and has a decorative triangular shaped transitional accent piece attached to top and fitted to chain. No signature, hallmarks, or maker's mark visible.

Back of porcelain has a hand written note and a date of 1850. Surface wear and scratches as seen in pictures.
