Antique KPM Berlin Art Nouveau Porcelain Tree Leaf Scene Plate Porzellan Teller

For sale is a cute plate made by KPM in the early 20th century. It is hand painted with the rarest design on these plates of this style - the tree branch / leaf motif. This one is of branch of a white Hawthorn or Whitethorn tree including its leaves and branch but also the flowers which in combination with that amazing gold trim makes this one really superb plate! Kind of the German version of the Flora Danica : Just an amazingly detailed painting and the with rim painted with gold on a raised design it is just spectacular.

The plate is in perfect condition. It is 7.25 inches in diameter so the smaller version and 0.875 inches tall.

The plate is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter, the red orb mark, some black numbers, a painter's and a gilder's mark, the usual impressed marks of this period and the name of the tree - Weissdorn in black script. I have five other matching plates if anyone would like a pair or a set of these. These are perfect for display!
