Antique KPM Berlin Porcelain Parrot Bird Decor Iron Cross Mark 8.5'' Plate

Antique KPM Berlin Porcelain Parrot Bird Decor Iron Cross Mark 8.5'' Plate. All hand decorated with three multicolored parrots on branches. The edge has matte white impasto decoration as well as gilded details. Has iron cross and blue KPM scepter makers marks. The scepter mark appears to have a small line etched into the glaze on top of it.

Could be a "seconds" mark, not sure. There is a very small dark spot on the rim, possible firing flaw.
