FR stands for Fridericus Rex , Friedrich I , King of Prussia - one of the most famous Kings of Germany before it was actually Germany. Another larger crown on top of the central design. The plate is in great condition with some very minor wear and a small flake to the top edge not affecting the rim which is an odd location.
Probably due to a knock and a weak spot in the glaze from when it was made. Some black smudges to the underside where it scraped on something black which came off for the most part when I just scrubbed it a bit. The plate is 1.5 inches tall and 9.875 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter, the red orb as well as various artist and impressed marks and off course the cypher for Kaiser Wilhelm II in blue with the year 1892 under it.
