Antique Kpm Berlin Small Porcelain Cup And Saucer With Floral Puce Decoration

DESCRIPTION : Here is an early 19th century KPM berlin porcelain cup and saucer of smaller proportions due to that tea and coffer were very expensive in this period. The cup and saucer are each hand painted in puce enamel with floral sprays and sprigs.

The handle of broken loop shape is green lined on each side with puce painted acanthus leaves down the back. The rims of the cup and saucer are painted in a deep mauve.

Each marked to the base with a blue painted scepter and dates to circa 1810. SIZE : The cup measures 1 3/8 inches high and 2 1/2 inches in diameter. The saucer measures 4 1/8 inches in diameter and 1 inch high. Weighs 180 g before packing.

CONDITION : The cup and saucer are in very good condition and both ring when tapped.
