Antique KPM Kristef porcelain TUREEN withunderplate-BEAUTIFUL-hand painted

This is a beautiful piece with no sign of paint loss or gold trim loss. No cracks, crazing or chips, basically no signs of use. The only thing I noticed, is if you look at the plate at an angle, it appears to have dull spots under the glaze.

I tried to see if they would come clean with no luck. I tried to get them to show up in a photo, but again, no luck. The spots are in the center of the plate.
