The plaque is in absolutely perfect mint condition, no chips cracks or scratches; Please note that any white specs on the porcelain are dust or camera reflections. The watergilt carved wood frame is original to the piece old and has all original bright gilding. The frame is in great antique condition with no missing pieces, original gilding with reddish patina showing under the gilding Please see photos they are part of description.
