Art Nouveau KPM Berlin Porcelain Fish Scene Plate Porzellan Teller Scenic #13

An amazing plate made by KPM in the early 20th century. I have always wanted one of these and got lucky and got a whole set recently. The plate is hand painted with a fish design that covers the entire center including two large fish, a small fish and some seaweed. The rim has a nice raised design to it with the edge basket weave design painted in a yellow ground color with a gold trim to the edge and a really nice gold trim going into the plate. Has that Art Nouveau / Jugendstil feeling to it and is just an amazing plate! The piece is in perfect condition with two spots of wear from where the plates where stacked but it displays perfectly. The plate is 1.5 inches tall and 9.75 inches in diameter.

It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter as well as the red orb mark and the usual impressed and painter's / gilder's marks. 20thC German Germany Fisch Fischszene antique.
