KPM Berlin Art Nouveau Porcelain Floral Scenic Plate Porzellan Teller Neuzierat

A superb plate made by KPM in the early 20th century. It is in from their Neuzierat line of plate and hand painted with a nice floral design to the center as well as the typical superb raised gold trim to the edge. For some reason these flower version are much harder to find than the fruit designs. Not sure why but I like the flowers a lot. Very nicely done and they look superb in combination with that gold trim. Painted in the Art Nouveau style of the period and have that Weichmalerei feel to them which I think are the best flowers out there! The plate is in perfect condition.

It is 8.375 inches in diameter and 1 inch tall. The plate is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter, the red orb mark, painter's marks and the usual impressed marks of the period. 20thC antique German Germany Jugendstil.
