KPM Berlin White Floral Cobalt & Gold For the Golden Wedding Cup & Saucer C. Nice antique porcelain entwined handle cup and saucer. Decorated with white panels with gold floral scrollwork designs alternating with reverse painted cobalt blue panels to create a white floral effect.

Gold gilding along the edge. The saucer has "Zur Goldnen Hochzeit" in the center / well in gold script above the date 1859. This translates to For the Golden Wedding. Marked on the bottom Konenigliche Porzellan Manufactur in blue.

This mark was used by KPM Berlin between 1847 and 1849. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. The cup measures approximately 4 1/2 inches wide including the handle x 2 5/8 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 5 3/4 inches wide.
