Vtg KPM Germany porcelain cherub PLATE antique baby child putti bird portrait

It is about 7 in diameter. It is marked on the back, KPM Germany 21667. It has an unusual handpainted design on the front of bibbed babies eating out of bowls, while seated on a dilapidated dock suspended over water or air? The detail in the painted design is exquisite, down to the individual toes on the cherubs. The plate has no chips or cracks, and it is in very good condition for its age.
